At Comfort Zone Healthcare Services LLC., we have a thorough recruitment and screening process. The company is focused on hiring, recruiting, and training the highest quality of staff members. Comfort Zone Healthcare Services LLC. conducts the following screening processes and practices for every employee to ensure the facilities we serve gets the ultimate quality and professionalism every time:

• Criminal Background Check
• State health screening as required by law
• References check via phone and fax
• Current CPR and First Aids Certificate
• Licenses/certificate Verification in accordance with Maryland State law
• Drug Screening
• Continual license status monitoring throughout employee tenure

Once screening and approved for hire, each Comfort Zone Healthcare Services LLC. employee undergoes:

• In-office orientation prior to placement Employee performance reviews within the 90 days and then twice per year after hire.
• Competency verification by a Registered Nurse ( RN).
